30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at dpdlz@songmenghua.com before sending the item. We will provide the authorized return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom products, gift cards, hazardous materials, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

For orders shipped into the European Union, applicable statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
